Kiedy Pani Irena z Due Lune zgłosiła się do nas z prośbą o przetestowanie nowej, dopasowanej do dużych piersi konstrukcji braletkowej, byłyśmy nieco ostrożne - jak to mówią, lepiej się nie nastawić, bo można się rozczarować, a beznadziejnych konstrukcyjnie produktów widziałyśmy mrowie. W ogólnym jednak rozrachunku to może być najszerzej znana w polskim necie recenzja w tej kategorii, bo będziemy ją wstawiać wszędzie tam, gdzie zobaczymy komentarz 'braletki nadają się na biust rozmiar B!'. Oto bowiem trafiłyśmy na produkt, który nie tylko porządnie trzyma, ale i nie ustępuje jakością ani urodą swoim mniejszym egzemplarzom, ale za to można nim wykłuwać oczy wszystkim, którzy twierdzą, że 'sięnieda'.
When Irena from Due Lune reached out to us and asked to maybe test her new bralettes created with bigger boobs in mind, we were rather cautious - it's better to have low expectations than to be disappointed, and we have seen a lot of poorly sewn products. In general though this might be the most known review of Polish interner, since it will be posted everytime someone says 'bralettes are for B-cup boobs only'. We have found a product that not only supports the breasts, but also is as pretty and good quality when in A cup as it is in L cup. And you can also show it to people who say 'it can't be done'.
Do testów wybrałyśmy Virgo i Terrę - Virgo, bo krój halterneckowy wydawał się dużym wyzwaniem, a Terrę, bo śliczna bardzo i Madź zawsze chciała mieć paseczkowca. No i czekałyśmy. A potem braletki przyszły, a MiskiDwie widziały, że wszystko, co zostało uszyte, było bardzo dobre.
We chose to test Virgo and Terra - first one because of tricky halterneck-like cut, and the second one due to Magda's big girl wish of having an actuall strappy bralette. We waited. Then the bralettes came, we looked at them, and we saw that they were good.

Moja Virgo to stanik wygodniczek - po kilku minutach nie czuję, że mam ją na sobie, a bauns nie jest na tyle duży, żeby powodować ból klatki piersiowej. Mogę spokojnie pochodzić w Virgo na spacer, po schodach, sprawdza się zdecydowanie. Kamyczek do ogródka tych, którzy twierdzą, że 'się nie da' ;) szczególnie cieszy mnie fakt, że ramiączka można spiąć na krzyż, co daje nieco dodatkowego wsparcia - przy czym jest to możliwe jeśli jest się chyba nieco niższym niż ja (173 cm), lub mniej kanciastym, bo u mnie spowodowałoby to uduszenie się niestety. Paseczek na szyi, jeśli ramiączka zapniemy klasycznie, jest absolutnie wygodny, nie poddusza (czego się bałam), nie przeszkadza, a spod topów z wysokim dekoltem wygląda jak modny choker. Moc utrzymania biustu w ryzach określiłabym na ok. 65-70% tego, co daje porządny miękki stanik.
My Virgo is a comfy lounging bra - after a few minutes it melts into my skin and I cannot feel it anymore, and the bounce is not hard enought to cause pain. I can safely go for a walk wearing Virgo, climb the stairs, the bralette does the job. Look y'all who claimed it 'can't be done' ;) what is really special here is the fact that the straps can be criss-crossed to give a little bit of extra support - though that can be done when you are slightly smaller than me (5'8'') or less angular, so to say, since if I did that I would be choked. The neck strappy element, when the straps are hooked in a traditional manner, is absolutely comfortable, does not dig in (which I feared), does not bother me, and when you wear a high-neck top it looks like a fashionable choker. Support is very good - I would say t is about 65-70% of what a good soft bra gives.
Nigdy do tej pory nie pochodziłam w braletce cały dzień bez bólu, bez zbierania biustu z brzucha, i bez wrażenia, że piersi zestarzały mi się o 20 lat. Biust ma naturalny, ale okrągły kształt, jest lekko obniżony w stosunku do tego, co daje stanik z fiszbinami. Podoba mi się ten efekt, bo pod ubraniem wygląda mój biust wygląda na młodszy... ale nieubrany. Tak, w tej braletce sutki widać nawet pod swetrem, ale to oczywiście kwestia osobnicza ;) Jeśli zechcecie rzucić okiem na powyżsżą fotkę, to zobaczycie zarys dolinki. To jest dla mnie jak Eldorado, bo taki efekt daje mi tylko za mały stanik, Deco Plunge, albo bardzo dużo push-upa. Pół serduszka odejmuję za rozstawienie biustu na boki, ale to w zasadzie nieistotny detal.

Boobs have natural, rounded shape, a little lower than what a wired bra would give me. I like the effect, because under clothes my breasts look younger... yet unclothed. Yes, in this bralette the nipples are out and proud and visible even undear a jumper, but that is of course a person-specific phenomena ;) If you look at the photo above you will see the roundness of my boobs is clearly visible in the cleavage area. This is an Eldorado for me, as such effect is only available for me with a ill-fitting bra, Deco Plunge, or an ungodly amount of push-up. I take half a heart for the boobs being a bit too far apart from each other for my taste, but that is a minimal issue.

Terra była odpowiedzią na moje westchnienia i marzenia. Pani Irena, właścicielka Due Lune, jest aktualnie moją niekwestionowaną idolką i miłością życia - ponieważ spełniła moje marzenie, o którym wszyscy mówili, że 'sięnieda'. A się da. Same spójrzcie.
Terra is the answer to my prayers and dreams. Irena, the owner of Due Lune, is my unquestionable idol and love of my life at the moment - she made my dream come true, a dream everybody is unattainable. It can be done. Look for yourself.
Jeśli chodzi o komfort i jakość noszenia... co ja wam mogę powiedzieć. Najprościej będzie, jeśli opowiem wam historię. Widziałyście na naszym Instagramie zdjęcia w Terrze? Założyłam tamtą kreację, idąc na całą noc do pracy za barem - dużo stania, chodzenia, a nawet biegania ze szklankami. Bez bólu, bez dyskomfortu, bez poczucia nagości.
When it comes to comfort and quality... what can I say. Telling a story will be easiest, conceivably. Have you seen my Instagram pic in Terra? I wore that dress for my bartending shift - a lot of standing, walking, running with glassware. No pain, no discomfort, none of the 'naked' feeling.
Terra jest wycięta ze wszystkich odpowiednich stron i kształtuje mój biust w taki sposób, że w końcu mogę nosić sukienki, z których wcześniej rezygnowałam, bo staniki z nich wystawały w nieestetyczny sposób. Z tym modelem nie mam tego problemu. Nawet jeśli coś wystaje, efekt jest na tyle subtelny i ażurowy, że zupełnie mi nie wadzi.
Terra is a very skimpy bralette and shapes my bust well enough to make wearing dresses that I had to discard earlier possible; my other bras peeked out unaesthetically and Terra does not. Even when a bit of the bralette shows the effect is soft and subtle enough not to cause trouble.
Wiadomo, że model, w którym pojawiają się tylko małe fiszbiny boczne (strategicznie umieszczone, żeby obwód się nie rolował), nie zbiera piersi tak, jak usztywniany stanik na fiszbinach. Piersi wyglądają naturalnie, tylko lepiej. I kuszą, oj kuszą. Ramiączka z tyłu są odpinane - można nosić je tradycyjnie i na krzyż. Wzrostu mam 172cm i nie ma problemu z zasięgiem (w Virgo też nie, Agata marudzi, bo ma wysokie ramiona). Polecam, szczególnie na randkę z sobą samą. Albo do baru - tylko upewnij się, że mnie tam nie będzie, żebyśmy nie przyszły w tym samym ;)
Obviously a bra with no wiring save for side support pieces (strategically placed to prohibit the band from rolling up) can't put boobs front and center like a traditional padded and wired bra. Boobs look natural, but better. And they are seductive, really seductive. The straps can be worn the usual way or criss-crossed; I am 5'7'' and no trouble in sight with manipulating the straps (not even in Virgo - Agata is complaining because she has tall frame). I really recommend the bralette, especially for a masturdate. Or to the bar - just please make sure I am not there so we won't wear the same thing simultaneously ;)
Przy okazji tego tekstu muszę poruszyć ważny z punktu widzenia konsumenta temat - pokora producenta wobec produktu. Każdy powinien stać za swoim wyrobem i ręczyć za niego, ale umiejętność przyjęcia krytyki i poszukiwanie okazji do ulepszania tego wyrobu jest bardzo, bardzo cenna, i świadczy o zrozumieniu, jak delikatną psychologicznie jest branża bieliźniana, jak łatwo jest niechcący zakomunikować, że uroda produktu zależy od rozmiarów konsumentki. Pani Irena, mózg Due Lune, nie tylko celowo poszukiwała okazji do poszerzenia swojej oferty, ale krytykę przyjęła jako wyzwanie i wskazówki, a nie atak na swoje dzieło. I to działa, bo we trzy stworzyłyśmy (my jako beta-testerki, Pani Irena jako mózg operacji i zdolne ręce) dające się nosić i funkcjonalne braletki w rozmiarach, które większości producentów albo nic nie mówią, albo jawią się jako gigantyczne. Polecamy z całego serca!
Given the occasion I would like to comment on a very important topic from the consumers perspective - humbleness of the creator. Everybody should be able to stand their ground and vouch for their product, but being able to accept feedback and looking for opportunities to further develop the product are both very, very important and are a testament to understand, how psychologically delicate is the lingerie industry and how easy it to make the client feel inadequate and 'less than' due to her size, like the aesthetic factor of the product is dependent on her measurements. Irena, the brains behind Due Lune, not only looked for an opportunity to expand her stock, but also accepted and understood the criticism we gave her as a challenge, not as an attack on her creation. And it works, given that the three of us (bloggers as beta-testers and Irena as the artist, brains, and seamstress) managed to develop wearable and functional bralette in sizes that make the most brands go 'duh?' or seems almost deviant. We recommend Due Lune from the bottom of our hearts!
